In this sense, the class recapitulates the idea of CADE's repressive role, examines the general ideas and CADE's analysis on unilateral conduct cases, address some numbers and data on those cases in Brazil, and, at the end, examines some examples of recent cases judged by Cade regarding unilateral conduct.
