About

Welcome to the Antitrust Academy, a nonprofit online learning platform dedicated to offering accessible and comprehensive education in the field of antitrust law and economics.

Antitrust law and its institutions play a critical role in fostering economic growth and improving our quality of life.  Antitrust law is, as Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall has written, “the magna carta of free enterprise.”  In other words, antitrust law is designed to ensure society reaps the benefits of rigorous competition.

Antitrust institutions perform best when its students, practitioners, judges, and other stakeholders understand its legal and economic foundations. Antitrust Academy is committed to providing a rigorous educational foundation in antitrust to everyone who seeks it.  To accomplish this feat, we have put together a world-class faculty that includes the best educators, economists, and practitioners in the field.

Our Mission

Antitrust Academy’s mission is to provide access to the highest quality antitrust education in the world to as many people as possible.

Our Vision

The law students, judges, practitioners, and policymakers who will shape the future of antitrust can best deliver on that promise if they are educated deeply in its legal and economic foundations.

With a curriculum designed carefully by instructors who have practiced, studied, and taught antitrust for decades, and a video platform that allows users to interact with high quality video, Antitrust Academy allows anyone to learn everything from antitrust basics to advanced concepts and nuanced doctrines
