Biography
Steve Cernak is a partner in the Antitrust & Competition group at Bona Law and a respected leader in the international antitrust and competition law community. From 2024 to 2025 he served as the Chair of the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association. Prior to joining Bona Law, Steve served as in-house antitrust counsel at General Motors. He has taught antitrust law at the University of Michigan Law School, Wayne State Law School, and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Corporate & Finance LLM program. Steve is a prolific writer on cutting-edge topics in antitrust and competition law. In addition to countless articles and blogs, his textbook, Antitrust Simulations, published by West Academic, is now in its third edition.
