Biography

Geoffrey Manne is the president and founder of the International Center for Law and Economics (ICLE). He is also a distinguished fellow at Northwestern University’s Center on Law, Business, and Economics and a visiting professor of law at IE University, Madrid, where he teaches antitrust law. Geoff has served two separate terms on advisory bodies for the FCC: Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee (BDAC) and Consumer Advisory Committee. He is a frequent writer on antitrust and regulatory issues.
