Biography
Jennifer Fauver is a clerk for the Honorable Judge Ginsburg. Prior to clerking, Jennifer was an Associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice at Milbank where her practice focused on merger review and related advocacy before the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. While in law school, she interned with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, and as a research assistant for the Global Antitrust Institute and former FTC Commissioner Joshua Wright. She has received multiple writing awards for her antitrust publications and since 2004 has been recognized for merger control by Legal 500 USA.
