Biography
Kristen Harris is Counsel in the Antitrust & Competition group of Bona Law. She represents clients in private antitrust and class action litigations, merger reviews, and civil and criminal investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice. She has served as outside counsel to the California Attorney General’s Office in the prosecution of a major price-fixing case against global gasoline trading firms. From 2024 to 2025, Kristen served as Counsel to the then Chair of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section.
