Biography

Alex Kraszewski is an Associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice at Baker Botts. His practice focuses on a variety of antitrust matters from litigation to merger advocacy before the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. Before joining Baker Botts, Alexander served as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. While in law school, he served as an intern for then Federal Communications Commission Chairman, Ajit Pai, and as a research assistant for the Global Antitrust Institute and former FTC Commissioner Joshua Wright.
