Biography
Jan Rybnicek is a partner in the antitrust and competition group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Washington, DC where he represents clients on a range of antitrust issues. Prior to joining Freshfields, he served as an attorney adviser to an FTC Commissioner. Jan has testified before Congress on antitrust and taught courses in antitrust law at Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University.
